This travel bag is… quite simply, THAT BAG for all of your weekend travel needs. It is made from Vegan Leather, and it is super versatile. Bamboo, on the other hand, is natural, eco-friendly, and much safer. I use the large board for chopping veggies and meats, and the smaller ones for quick snacks or fruit like a charcuterie spread. I love this smasher because it is safe to use on my non-stick and coated cooking pans and pots. It breaks up ground beef, sausage, turkey, etc. in HALF THE TIME it would take to break up with a regular spatula or spoon. It is easy to clean as you can just toss it in the dishwasher. It gets plenty of use in my kitchen.
