Graphics,Animation, Text Permissions:
This copyright notice applies to all content, including graphics and informational text descriptions that appear on the TaZiyahDesigns.com website. The website and the original creative works that appear here are intellectual property protected by the U.S. Copyright Act of 1976 as amended, and by international law. The creator and owner of the rights to content that appears on this website, including original graphics and informational text descriptions is TaZiyahDesigns.com.
The content herein may not be downloaded, except by the normal browser viewing process, or copied to another computer, or transmitted to display, projector, reproduced, published, broadcast, stored electronically, manipulated, or altered in any way, including without limitation, any digitization of, synthesizing of images, alone or with any other material by use of a computer or other electronic means, or any other method or means now or hereafter known, without the expressed written consent of TaZiyahDesigns.com and payment of any appropriate fees designed by the author.
Limited Individual Use
When a copyright infringement is discovered, you will be contacted by the author of the material and invoiced an industry standard fee for the basic usage. If paid immediately when the invoice is submitted, the fees are tripled for the unauthorized usage. This is a standard publishing industry practice, and a reasonable alternative to costly copyright actions in court. If it becomes necessary, offenders who do not respond will be prosecuted in U.S. Federal Court for copyright infringement. For any single violation of works registered with the U.S. Copyright Office, you or your firm could be subject to statutory damages as high as U.S. $150,000 per infringement, as well as all court costs and attorney fees.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
