Additional Information
AKISMET
We collect information about visitors who comment on Sites that use our Akismet anti-spam service. The information we collect depends on how the User sets up Akismet for the Site, but typically includes the commenter’s IP address, user agent, referrer, and Site URL (along with other information directly provided by the commenter such as their name, username, email address, and the comment itself).
WOOCOMMERCE
This site uses WooCommerce for eCommerce.
We collect information about you during the checkout process on our Online Boutique.
Copyright Violations
When a copyright infringement is discovered, you will be contacted by the author of the material and invoiced an industry standard fee for the basic usage. If paid immediately when the invoice is submitted, the fees are tripled for the unauthorized usage. This is a standard publishing industry practice, and a reasonable alternative to costly copyright actions in court. If it becomes necessary, offenders who do not respond will be prosecuted in U.S. Federal Court for copyright infringement. For any single violation of works registered with the U.S. Copyright Office, you or your firm could be subject to statutory damages as high as U.S. $150,000 per infringement, as well as all court costs and attorney fees.
